1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Plažica website and beach reservation service, operated by Pelicanos d.o.o., Montenegro. By creating an account or making a reservation you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Plažica lets you browse beaches along Montenegro's Adriatic coast, view interactive seat maps, and reserve a specific sunbed or lounger for a chosen date. Reservations require online payment via Stripe and are confirmed instantly upon successful payment.

3. Account and Authentication

• —You sign in with your email address using a one-time code — no password is required.
• —You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to.
• —You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• —You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

4. Reservations and Seat Holds

When you initiate checkout, the selected seat is held for 30 minutes while you complete payment. If payment is not completed within that window, the hold is automatically released and the seat becomes available to others.

A reservation is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed. You will receive a booking confirmation on-screen along with an entry QR code.

5. No Refund Policy

By completing payment you acknowledge that no cancellations, date changes, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including changes in weather, personal plans, or illness.

6. Entry and QR Code

Your booking is validated at the beach by presenting the entry QR code displayed in your profile. The QR code is personal and non-transferable. The beach operator reserves the right to refuse entry if the QR code cannot be verified.

7. Payments

• —All prices are in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes.
• —Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored by Plažica.
• —A valid payment method is required to complete a reservation.

8. Availability

Beach seat availability is shown in real time. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific seat or seat type on any given date. In the unlikely event that a confirmed reservation cannot be honoured due to an error on our part, we will contact you and arrange a full refund.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• —Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• —Attempt to circumvent seat-hold logic or exploit the reservation system.
• —Use automated tools or bots without our prior written permission.
• —Impersonate another person or provide false information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Plažica platform — including the website, seat maps, logos, and software — is the property of Pelicanos d.o.o. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pelicanos d.o.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from a reservation shall not exceed the amount paid for that reservation.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Montenegro.
